Change

Some other ways to say “change” are make different, alter, modify and replace with something newer or better.

We are all different, due to DNA, upbringing and life circumstances etc.

Some of us like change and some of us don't. I fall into the second category, but have had to go with the flow in the past few years because we've seen so many changes.

We could act like the saying goes and put our head in the sand, but that would never work! Change is inevitable and we can’t ignore it.

We've all had to make and accept huge changes in our lives, like it or not, and as time goes on, I'm sure there will be more.

One thing I'm certain of though: God does not change. I believe He is in total control of the world and won't change from His plan with it.

Here are some verses from the Bible that talk about how God doesn’t change:

“God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?” (Numbers 23:19, NIV)

“I the LORD do not change…” (Malachi 3:6, NIV)

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” (James 1:17, NIV)
